เอกสารนี้จัดทำเป็นสองภาษา (ไทย/อังกฤษ) ในแต่ละหัวข้อจะมีข้อความภาษาไทยตามด้วยภาษาอังกฤษ หากมีข้อความขัดแย้งกัน ให้ยึดฉบับภาษาไทยเป็นหลัก (This policy is bilingual; each section gives the Thai text followed by English. In case of conflict, the Thai version prevails.)

1. ผู้ให้บริการของเรา · Who we are

TapStock (“บริการ”) เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ภายใต้แบรนด์ Flock ให้บริการระบบจัดการสต๊อกและคลังสินค้าที่ทำงานบน Google Sheet ของผู้ใช้เอง ติดต่อเราได้ที่ support@flock.tools

TapStock (the “Service”) is a product of Flock — a stock and warehouse management tool that runs on top of your own Google Sheet. Contact us at support@flock.tools.

2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ · What data we collect

• ข้อมูลบัญชี Google (ชื่อ อีเมล รูปโปรไฟล์) — จากการลงชื่อเข้าใช้ด้วย Google
• โทเค็น OAuth ของ Google (access token + refresh token จำกัดสิทธิ์เฉพาะ drive.file) — เพื่ออ่านและเขียนเฉพาะ Google Sheet ที่คุณเชื่อมกับ TapStock เท่านั้น เราไม่ขอสิทธิ์เข้าถึงไฟล์อื่นในไดรฟ์ของคุณ

• Google account info (name, email, profile photo) — from Google sign-in.
• Google OAuth tokens (access + refresh token, scoped to drive.file) — to read and write only the Google Sheet you bind to TapStock. We never request access to other files in your Drive.
• Sheet metadata (the bound sheet’s id and name) — stored so we know which sheet to use on your next visit.
• Subscription state — managed by Lemon Squeezy. We receive only the subscription status, customer id, and renewal date.

3. ข้อมูลที่เราไม่เก็บ · What we do NOT collect

• The contents of your Google Sheet (rows, prices, SKU names). Those stay in your sheet on Google’s servers; our backend reads them on demand to render the UI but does not persist copies.
• Anything in your Drive other than the sheet you explicitly bound.
• Payment card details. Lemon Squeezy handles payment; we never see card numbers.

4. การใช้ข้อมูลผู้ใช้จาก Google · How we use Google user data

เราใช้โทเค็น OAuth ของ Google ที่คุณอนุญาต เพียงเพื่ออ่านและเขียน Google Sheet ที่คุณเชื่อมกับ TapStock เท่านั้น เพื่อให้บริการฟีเจอร์จัดการสต๊อกและคลังสินค้าที่คุณสมัครใช้ เราไม่นำข้อมูลผู้ใช้จาก Google ไปใช้เพื่อ:

• ฝึกหรือพัฒนาโมเดล AI / Machine Learning

We use the Google OAuth tokens you grant solely to read and write the Sheet you bound to TapStock, in order to provide the stock and warehouse management features you signed up for. We do not use Google user data for training AI/ML models, advertising, or reselling, sharing, or transferring it to third parties for their own purposes.

TapStock’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We share data only as needed to operate the Service: with Google (we call the Sheets and Drive APIs on your behalf using your token), Cloudflare (hosting — Pages + Workers + D1), and Lemon Squeezy (payment processing and subscription management). We do not sell your personal data.

6. การเก็บรักษาข้อมูล · Data retention

เราเก็บข้อมูลบัญชีและการเชื่อมต่อชีตของคุณไว้ตราบเท่าที่การสมัครสมาชิกยังใช้งานอยู่ เมื่อคุณยกเลิกหรือเพิกถอนสิทธิ์ เราจะลบโทเค็น OAuth ทันที และลบข้อมูลบัญชีภายใน 30 วัน ทั้งนี้ ข้อมูลภายใน Google Sheet ของคุณยังคงอยู่ในไดรฟ์ของคุณและไม่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการลบข้อมูลฝั่งเรา

We retain your account record and sheet mapping for as long as your subscription is active. On cancellation or revocation, we delete the OAuth tokens immediately and purge the account record within 30 days. Your data inside the Google Sheet itself remains in your Drive and is unaffected by deletion on our side.

7. สิทธิ์ของคุณ · Your rights

คุณสามารถเพิกถอนสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงของ TapStock ได้ทุกเมื่อผ่าน หน้าการอนุญาตบัญชี Google ของคุณ ซึ่งจะทำให้โทเค็นของเราใช้งานไม่ได้ทันที หากต้องการขอลบบัญชี TapStock ของคุณ โปรดอีเมลมาที่ support@flock.tools ในฐานะผู้อยู่ในประเทศไทย คุณมีสิทธิ์ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) เช่น สิทธิ์ในการเข้าถึง แก้ไข และลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ

You may revoke TapStock’s access at any time via your Google account permissions page — this immediately invalidates our token. To request deletion of your TapStock account, email support@flock.tools. If you are in Thailand, you have rights under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), including the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data.

8. เด็กและเยาวชน · Children

TapStock ไม่ได้มีไว้สำหรับผู้ใช้ที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี

TapStock is not intended for users under the age of 13.

9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย · Changes to this policy

เราจะปรับปรุงหน้านี้เมื่อแนวปฏิบัติของเราเปลี่ยนแปลง หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสาระสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งให้ทราบทางอีเมล

We will update this page when our practices change. We will communicate material changes by email.
